This privacy policy explains how OneFam processes personal data. The applicable laws are the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable (e.g. customers in the EU), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process
- Order and contract data: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail, telephone number if applicable, ordered items.
- Payment data: information required to process payment. This is processed directly by the respective payment service provider; we do not store full credit card details.
- Contact data: information you provide when contacting us.
- Technical data: server log data such as IP address, date/time, pages accessed and browser type, to ensure operation and security.
3. Purposes of processing
Handling orders and contracts, production and shipping of products, customer service and communication, fulfilment of legal obligations, and the operation, security and improvement of the website.
4. Disclosure to third parties (processors)
To provide our services, we share data with carefully selected service providers who process it only according to our instructions:
- Hosting and e-mail: Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland.
- Production and shipping (print-on-demand): Heldenwerbung GmbH (“Shirt King”), Berlin, Germany, for production and dispatch of the ordered products. The order and address data required for production and delivery are transmitted for this purpose.
- Payment processing: the payment service provider used (e.g. zahls.ch or an equivalent provider) processes the data required for payment under its own responsibility.
5. Disclosure abroad
As part of production and shipping, data is transferred to Germany (EU). From a Swiss perspective, the EU provides an adequate level of data protection. Further transfers only take place where necessary for the performance of the contract or where legally required.
6. Cookies and reach measurement
The website uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. cart, session). If analytics or marketing cookies are used in the future, this will only occur with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
7. Retention period
We only retain personal data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or due to statutory retention obligations. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Data security
The website is operated via an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
9. Your rights
You have, in particular, the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing and, where the GDPR applies, the right to object and to data portability. A message to info@onefam.ch is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the FDPIC).
