Shipping Policy
All packages are sent as insured parcels with DHL or GLS. You will receive a tracking code from us with every order. This allows you to check the date and time your package will be delivered, and usually to specify a preferred delivery date or reschedule delivery.
Overview of shipping costs & delivery countries
Your order is produced and shipped from Germany. Shipping is charged as a flat rate per country and shown in your local currency at checkout. The amounts below are guide values (in CHF).

Delivery times
We calculate a production time of approximately 2–4 business days, plus a parcel transit time of approximately 1–3 days within Europe. Within Germany, delivery usually takes about 1–2 business days after dispatch. For deliveries to Switzerland, additional time for customs clearance may apply. For regular parcels, we have no influence on the actual delivery time or customs processing.
The total delivery time (production + shipping) is shown for each product on the product page and is calculated based on the quantity in your cart.
Import duties & taxes (DAP)
Shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place) — without prepaid duties or import taxes. For deliveries to Switzerland and other non-EU countries, import VAT, customs duties, and a carrier handling fee may apply and are paid by the customer upon or after delivery. For small orders below the applicable import threshold, no import VAT may be due. We have no influence on customs collection.
Correct delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a shipment cannot be delivered for reasons within your control (e.g. an incorrect/incomplete address, refused acceptance, or unpaid import charges), any resulting return or re-shipment costs are borne by the customer.

The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout and may include: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and — for Switzerland — TWINT.
